Olympic Flames back in Sarajevo, then to Beijing in 2022
-- Winter Sports, New Highlight for Cooperation between China and BiH The 2019 European Youth Olympic Winter Festival is now going on in Sarajevo & East Sarajevo , Bosnia and Herzegovina , from 9 to 16 February 2019. The Opening ceremony was held at City Stadium Koševo on 10 February 2019. Thousands of people attended the opening ceremony and witnessed the parade of hundreds of athletes from 46 countries. The event was officially opened by Milorad Dodik , Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina together with Janez Kocijančić, President of EOC , Abdulah Skaka, Mayor of Sarajevo and Nenad Vuković, Mayor of Istočno Sarajevo.
